In this little town, the Pandavas lived in secret, disguised as poor brahmana students staying in a kind family's house. But the town lived in fear: every week, a cart of food - and the person driving it - had to be sent to the demon Bakasura. When their host family's turn came, Kunti quietly said, "My son will go instead." Bhima drove the cart, ate all the food on the way, and ended Bakasura for good.
