Once masters of a golden city, the Pandavas now walk into the Kamyaka forest with nothing. The years are long, but the forest teaches them: sages share the hope-filled stories of Nala and Damayanti and of Savitri, and at a mysterious lake Yudhishthira's wise answers to the Yaksha's riddles save his brothers' lives.
